Itineraries

Day 1:Dar es Salaam → Nyerere National Park

Morning: 08:00 private pick-up from your Dar es Salaam hotel or airport; VIP transfer to the domestic airstrip (or 06:30 road transfer option). 09:30 light charter flight to Nyerere (or scenic 4–5 hr road transfer); welcome by the lodge ranger on arrival. 11:00 VIP check-in at your luxury riverfront suite with a welcome drink, turndown with rose petals and chilled champagne.
Afternoon: 12:30 gourmet lunch at the lodge followed by a brief orientation and bespoke activity briefing. 15:30 relax by your private plunge pool or enjoy a couples spa treatment on request.
Evening: 16:00 private sunset boat safari on the Great Rufiji River to see hippos, crocodiles, riverine elephants and abundant birdlife, with champagne sundowners. 20:00 candlelit gourmet dinner at the lodge and a nightcap on your private deck.

Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive (Nyerere)

Early Morning: 05:30 wake-up with coffee/tea and light snacks. 06:00 private early-morning game drive with an experienced guide and tracker during peak wildlife activity.
Midday: 10:30 bush breakfast or picnic in a scenic spot. 12:00 return to the lodge for leisure time, spa or a restorative nap.
Afternoon: 15:30 late-afternoon full game drive across floodplains and woodlands targeting Four of the big-five and plains species, finishing with private sundowners in the park.
Evening: 20:00 chef’s tasting menu with wine pairing and optional private stargazing at a secluded viewpoint.

Day 3: Wilderness Walking Safari + Evening Game Drive

Early Morning: 06:00 guided wilderness walking safari with a private guide and armed ranger to track wildlife on foot and learn about flora, birds and spoor; includes a safety briefing and short breaks. 09:30 return to the lodge for a late breakfast/brunch and relaxation.
Midday: Optional cultural visit to a nearby village or a private spa treatment and pool time.
Afternoon: 16:00 late-afternoon game drive to visit waterholes and floodplain edges with photographic stops and a sundowner.
Evening: 19:30 private bush or riverside romantic dinner with honeymoon touches such as rose petals, a private musician or photographer

Day 3: Morning Maasai Visit → Return to Dar es Salaam

Early Morning: 07:30 breakfast and pack. 08:30 private visit to a local Maasai community for a cultural exchange, traditional dance and handicrafts shopping; a respectful-visit briefing is provided.
Midday: 11:00 check-out and transfer to the airstrip (or begin road transfer). 13:00 charter flight to Dar es Salaam (or 4–5 hr road transfer with a picnic lunch en route).
Afternoon/Evening: 14:30–16:30 arrival in Dar es Salaam and private transfer to your hotel or Julius Nyerere International Airport.
