Day 1: Dar es Salaam → Morogoro (SGR) → Mikumi | Evening game drive
Early morning you depart Dar es Salaam and board the SGR train to Morogoro; luggage assistance and ticket arrangements are included. At Morogoro you meet your private safari vehicle and enjoy a scenic drive to Mikumi National Park with a comfort stop en route. Upon arrival you check in at your luxury lodge or tented camp, refresh, and enjoy a light lunch. In the late afternoon you embark on your first guided game drive timed for prime viewing and a spectacular sunset sundowner, then return to the lodge for a gourmet dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Full-day game drives + Maasai village visit
Your day begins before sunrise with coffee or tea, then a morning game drive when wildlife activity is highest. Midday you return to camp for a leisurely brunch and time to relax by the pool or take an optional short guided walk. The afternoon features a second game drive exploring different habitats and photographic stops. In the late afternoon you visit a nearby Maasai community for an authentic cultural experience—meet local hosts, learn about traditions, and enjoy a short village tour—before returning to camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Morning game drive → Transfer to Morogoro → SGR to Dar es Salaam
Morning game drive, transfer to Morogoro, evening SGR to Dar es Salaam. Rise early for a final dawn game drive to capture last wildlife sightings and beautiful morning light. After breakfast you check out and depart for the drive back to Morogoro, with comfort stops along the way. You arrive in time for the evening SGR train to Dar es Salaam; assistance with luggage and onward drop-off at the station or your hotel is provided.
