Itinerary for Day Trip to Saadani National Park

6:00 AM: Meet at the designated pick-up point at the beach in Zanzibar. Depart for Saadani National Park via private fast boat, with a journey time of approximately 1.5 hours, depending on weather conditions in the Indian Ocean.

Upon Arrival: Enjoy a delicious breakfast before starting your adventure in Saadani.

Morning Activity: Embark on a scenic boat excursion along the Wami River, renowned as one of Tanzania’s best boat safaris. Keep your eyes peeled for flocks of flamingos, as well as hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species.

Lunch: A packed lunch will be served in the bush, providing a unique dining experience amidst nature.

Afternoon Activity: Continue with an exciting game drive throughout Saadani National Park until 3 PM, where you can witness the incredible wildlife and stunning landscapes.

4:00 PM: Head back to the boat to begin your return journey to Zanzibar.

5:30 PM: Arrive back at your beach hotel in Zanzibar, concluding a day filled with adventure and exploration. Salaam!
