3-Day Itinerary From Dar es Salaam
During your day trip adventure with Kanuth Adventure, you can expect the following highlights:
Day 1: Arusha town to Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority
6:00 AM – Pick-up & Departure
- Collect from your hotel or lodge in Arusha or Moshi at dawn.
- Drive towards Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying scenic views along the way.
8:30 AM – Arrive at Ngorongoro Conservation Area
- Enter the park with a park guide and head towards the crater rim.
9:00 AM – Descend into Ngorongoro Crater
- Descend to the crater floor via a scenic drive.
- Start game viewing in the unique volcanic caldera.
9:15 AM – 12:30 PM – Morning Game Drive
- Spot the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, leopard).
- Observe other wildlife such as zebras, wildebeests, hippos, and hyenas.
- Enjoy the breathtaking scenery and birdwatching.
12:30 PM – Picnic Lunch
- Rest and enjoy a packed lunch at a designated picnic spot with panoramic views.
1:30 PM – Continue Wildlife Safari
- Explore additional areas of the crater floor, spotting diverse wildlife.
- Capture photos of the stunning landscape and animals.
3:00 PM – Ascend from Ngorongoro Crater
- Drive back up the rim, enjoying the view from the top.
4:30 PM – Return Journey
- Start the drive back to your hotel or lodge.
6:30 PM – Drop-off
- Arrive back at your accommodation, concluding your adventure.
