The Northern Circuit of Tanzania is represented approximately by the above map. There are more attractions there than indicated on the map but you can see all attractions on the right hand panel – click on those attractions to read about them in detail.
The Northern Circuit offers many different natural, cultural and sportive safaris. Depending on your time in Tanzania you can mix them to vary your holiday, or just concentrate on one type of safari. You may also wish to spend some days touring the Northern Circuit after a while in Zanzibar or Dar es Salaam or vice versa, it is all possible.
The starting point for the Northern Circuit is usually Kilimanjaro International Airport, or Arusha Town Centre, or even Nairobi Airport, even Dar es Salaam Airport. KanuthAdventures will pick you up wherever you choose to come in to Tanzania. Some people enjoy the adventure of a flight to Nairobi and a bus from the city to Arusha, which takes about five hours and takes in the Namanga border crossing.
